Rehabilitation of a 69-unit supportive housing residence, including interior common area improvements, new lighting and flooring, painting, porch reconstruction, fencing and pergolas, roof and gutter upgrades, and masonry repairs.

Renovation of a supportive housing property, including full roof replacement with new polyiso insulation and TPO roofing, masonry repairs to parapet walls and shelf angles above windows, new flashing and weeps, and replacement of damaged baseboard heaters and covers.

A 25-unit supportive housing development in Bronzeville serving individuals and families living with chronic disabilities. The project included full apartment renovations with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, countertops, and lighting, along with bathroom vanities and fixtures, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and interior doors.

Located in Chicago’s Buena Park neighborhood, Ruth Shriman House is an 83-unit affordable senior housing community. The renovation included complete kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, new carpet in the common areas, and new doors and painting throughout.
