STRUXC was hired by Interfaith Housing Development Corporation to make the necessary repairs to their Vision House property. The scope of work involves replacing the roofing due to delamination and moisture saturation, with existing roofing and insulation removed down to the concrete deck and replaced with new polyiso insulation and TPO roofing. Masonry repairs are needed for deteriorated parapet walls, displaced coping, and deteriorating masonry above windows, including rebuilding brick walls and installing flashing and weeps for moisture control. Additionally, damaged baseboard finned tube heaters are to be replaced where unusable, with missing covers also being replaced.
