STRUXC converted a vacant tenant space into a modern office environment. This tenant space is inside a loft style luxury apartment complex which now serves as an office for Calibrate Property Management. STRUXC worked with the owners and the design team to include luxury finishes to create a comfortable workspace. Among the main features was an overhead trellis that was a team effort designed to meet the clients vision.
