STRUXC is proud to announce the successful completion of Lincoln Park Mews, a premier luxury rental development in one of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Located just steps from the 1,200-acre Lincoln Park and the lake, this project blends historic preservation with modern elegance to create one of the city's most unique residential offerings. 

Working in collaboration with Pappageorge Haymes Architects, STRUXC expertly rehabilitated the historic buildings at 1816-1820 N Wells, including the rear coach house and private courtyard. The project also included the construction of a three-story addition atop the 1810 garage building, seamlessly integrating new construction with the character of the original structures. 

Lincoln Park Mews features 707 Hair Studios in the commercial space, where STRUXC completed a full interior buildout. The salon combines modern design with functional layout, creating a stylish, welcoming space for clients and staff alike.
