STRUXC is proud to announce the successful completion of Lincoln Park Mews, a premier luxury rental development in one of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Located just steps from the 1,200-acre Lincoln Park and the lake, this project blends historic preservation with modern elegance to create one of the city's most unique residential offerings.
Working in collaboration with Pappageorge Haymes Architects, STRUXC expertly rehabilitated the historic buildings at 1816-1820 N Wells, including the rear coach house and private courtyard. The project also included the construction of a three-story addition atop the 1810 garage building, seamlessly integrating new construction with the character of the original structures.
Lincoln Park Mews now features 18 luxury rental units, each averaging 1,200 square feet, along with 16 parking spaces and nearly 6,150 square feet of prime retail space. The development is centered around a beautifully landscaped private courtyard, designed by Site Design, offering residents a serene retreat in the heart of the city.
