The Lake Bluff Train Station, a historic masonry building located along the Union Pacific Railroad Line recently retained Structures Construction to complete an extensive renovation of both the main building and shelter. The work included new roofing with copper flashings, masonry repairs to the walls, chimney and porte-cochere, alterations to the interior including a new bathroom, and installation of new LED lighting to bring the station into the 21st century of transportation.
